Supplements 101 Guide [Downloadable PDF]

Was disappointed. I was assuming it would be more like a comparison chart. (Organic vs. Chemical) I wanted to compare the ingrediants of all my current supplements to see if they are of good quality or not. I would like to eventually upgrade to more healthy/organic supplements. This is not going to be of much help for the purpose I intended it for.

My disappointment has to do with my expectation for the price. When I read that this guide would 'get all of the info needed to FULLY understand which supplements you should take', I was expecting something more than 8 pages with a list of supplements by condition. I was expecting more information on each supplement and what it did (reduce inflammation, detoxification, etc.). Each category also pointed to supplements sold by the Livingood store. I just pad $17 for an ad! Not worth the $.

I am going to be very disappointed when my 8 page booklet comes according to your reviews. I paid 17.00 dollars for it. Dr.Livinggood, what is this I don't have extra money to throw away. I thought this booklet would be much more, I'm so disappointed please give me a refund. We depend on u to help us get healthy. We cannot do this if you don't give us ALL the information on what to Lookout for.
