  1. Use the rolls on your bed.
  2. Place the roll in the appropriate position (larger roll middle of your neck and the smaller roll middle of your low back).

    Sleeping aids

    I'm very pleased with the product quality, size, and effect. I do go to sleep with both of them. The firest morning I woke up, and the ringing in my left ear was gone! It's come back, but that was so cool to have my ear back for a little while.
