Livingood Daily Advanced Gut Reset Bundle

My husband and I did the advanced gut reset several months ago. We both enjoyed it more than we expected. Swallowing 10 pills each day is difficult (for me who has always struggled), but I have learned to be more comfortable with it now. I do feel better and lost about 15 lbs. during the 50 days. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because, the guide does require taking omegas + turmeric and vitamin d, during a portion of it, so make sure you order those too, if you want to follow exactly, and this doesn't say that you need to order those; and it would be nice if you could chose the collagen and greens flavor. I've had the berry greens and they are far superior in flavor to the original greens. I would recommend this plan overall and would do it again.
