Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
4 tbsp. organic butter
Garlic powder, to taste (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Steam cauliflower in steamer until tender. In blender mix cauliflower, butter and seasonings until smooth.
Vegetarian Plan Tip: Approved for vegetarians that eat eggs and/or dairy. Use olive oil in place of butter for Vegan option.
