For Livingood Daily Bars, Peanut Butter Bars, & Coffee (Whole Bean, Ground, Decaf): BB xx/xx - best by date

For all other items: EXP xx/xx - expiration date

If the manufacture/mfg date is listed, the expiration is 3 years from the date. If you have one of the bars or coffee, then the best-by date is what you would go by.

You can mix Livingood Daily Greens + Superfoods in water or a smoothie. It can also be used in quite a few recipes found in the Make Food Simple Cookbook.

You can use this product in the morning, afternoon, evening or right before bed. There is no specific time to take greens, but you’ll maximize benefits by taking it consistently. Find a time that works best for you to take it regularly.

Product servings are based on weight, not volume. Powders will settle during delivery. Pro Tip: Fluff the powder before using. Upon opening, remove the scoop, put the lid back on, and gently turn the container over a few times to loosen the powder as it becomes extremely condensed in transit. Each time you go to use it, scoop, dump out the powder, and then gently scoop again. This helps prevent you from scooping compacted servings which can cause you to use it faster.
