I like that in your book you not only inform us what is best to eat, but why and recipes on how to put it together. At *****. said some one made a mistake on my Birth certificate. When I told her about your book and how I was eating, she said,"I wandered how your skin looks so good." Wohoo It is working. In 1 year I have lost from 188 to 166. Now my Boy friend, who is diabetic with a big belly, Is following my lead, and changed his eating habits. Losing his belly, had to buy him a smaller belt. Thank you for your book and information.
