    I am very pleased with the multi vitamin. My only complaint is the shipping cost added puts it almost out of my price range. With the cost of food and gas going up I may not be able to continue with it.

    They are premium vitamins. I had my blood test taken twice. First time I took the blood test my Vitamin D levels were so high that I had to cut back. The second time I took the blood test it was below normal, so I had started up again. They are so good that I only take one capsule a day. I only take Dr Livingood's supplements. In fact I had ordered my daughter the Vitamin D Immune to bring up her vitamin levels, to protect her from getting sick, and to bring up her immune system. She will be getting a blood test January 2027. I am so excited to see her blood test and to see how Dr Livingood's supplements has helped her. I only trust Dr Livingood's supplements!

The B12 in the Livingood Daily Multi is a methylated version for better absorption. Many are deficient in B12 so extra is provided for the body to get all it needs as B vitamins are water soluble meaning your body will absorb what it needs and get rid of what it doesn't.
This occurs due to the B Vitamins (Riboflavin specifically). B vitamins are water soluble so if your body has enough of what it needs it will simply eliminate what it doesn't need. Please consult with your healthcare provider if you have any further questions.
The date printed on the bottom of the supplements will read one of three ways:
For Chocolate Plant Collagen (Bag), Basic Lemon Lime & Strawberry Lemonade Electrolytes (Bag), Basic Vanilla & Chocolate Collagen (Bag), Basic Greens Original (Bag): MFG xx/xx - manufacture date

For Livingood Daily Bars, Peanut Butter Bars, & Coffee (Whole Bean, Ground, Decaf): BB xx/xx - best by date

For all other items: EXP xx/xx - expiration date

If the manufacture/mfg date is listed, the expiration is 3 years from the date. If you have one of the bars or coffee, then the best-by date is what you would go by.

If you are taking the Livingood Daily Bone Support, we recommend consuming half the standard dose of Livingood Daily Multi Vitamin. However, consult with your health care provider if you have any further questions.
Yes, our capsules can be opened up and added to food/drink. We also recommend checking out our Collagen+Multi! It comes in a powdered form so there is no need to open a capsule.
