    Kidney numbers have improved.

    Kidney cleanse

    I ve been using this product quarterly for about 2 years. My kidney numbers are excellent according to my primary doctor. I'm 70 and my numbers are more like a healthy 40 year old. Must be doing something great.

Combine this supplement with a clean, healthy diet. While using, we recommend drinking lemon water daily.
It can be taken with or without food.
Yes, continue supplementation as normal.
The date printed on the bottom of the supplements will read one of three ways:
For Chocolate Plant Collagen (Bag), Basic Lemon Lime & Strawberry Lemonade Electrolytes (Bag), Basic Vanilla & Chocolate Collagen (Bag), Basic Greens Original (Bag): MFG xx/xx - manufacture date

For Livingood Daily Bars, Peanut Butter Bars, & Coffee (Whole Bean, Ground, Decaf): BB xx/xx - best by date

For all other items: EXP xx/xx - expiration date

If the manufacture/mfg date is listed, the expiration is 3 years from the date. If you have one of the bars or coffee, then the best-by date is what you would go by.
