Some may notice benefits within a few weeks, but for optimal effects, we recommend at least 1-2 months of regular use, ideally paired with a healthy lifestyle. Consult a healthcare provider for personalized advice.
The date printed on the bottom of the supplements will read one of three ways:
For Chocolate Plant Collagen (Bag), Basic Lemon Lime & Strawberry Lemonade Electrolytes (Bag), Basic Vanilla & Chocolate Collagen (Bag), Basic Greens Original (Bag): MFG xx/xx - manufacture date

For Livingood Daily Bars, Peanut Butter Bars, & Coffee (Whole Bean, Ground, Decaf): BB xx/xx - best by date

For all other items: EXP xx/xx - expiration date

If the manufacture/mfg date is listed, the expiration is 3 years from the date. If you have one of the bars or coffee, then the best-by date is what you would go by.
Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Keto-Friendly, Paleo-Friendly, Allergen Free.
Adjust the dosage down proportionate to their size and weight. For example, if your child weighs half as much as you do, you can give them half the dosage. We always recommend checking with your child's health care provider before adding in a new supplement.
