Set Up Your AccountUnlock your Member Portal and get access to challenges, coaching, and resources. This quick setup only takes a few minutes.

Step 2: Download the Mobile App
Download the AppStay connected wherever you are with daily reminders, coaching updates, live events, recipes, and challenge content right from your phone.

Step 3: Join the Community
Join the CommunityMeet other members, introduce yourself, and begin building momentum before your challenge starts. The community is where encouragement, accountability, and support come together.

When does the Challenge officially start?
Your Livingood Daily Challenge officially begins on August 3rd.
On this day, be sure to check in through the Livingood Daily app or your community group to access your first Daily Teaching and begin your Challenge experience.
This is where everything comes together—your meal plans, workouts, coaching, and daily focus will begin guiding you step-by-step through the Challenge.
Where do I start in the app?
Start with your Onboarding Checklist on the app homepage.
This will help you explore the app and get familiar with all the resources available to you as you begin your journey.
Where do I start in the Community?
Begin by watching the onboarding content in the “Guides” tab inside your Facebook community group.
This will walk you through how the community works, how to engage, and how to get the most out of your Challenge experience.
Where can I find my Challenge Workbook?
You can find your Challenge Workbook in the Livingood Daily app or inside your Members Area.

Do I receive this information in my email each day?
No—Lifestyle Members are not required to have Facebook to participate in the Challenge.
However, we highly encourage joining the Facebook community when possible, as it provides accountability, encouragement, and a stronger sense of connection with the Crew.
If you choose not to use Facebook, all Challenge resources are still available in the Members Area.
What meal plan should I be following in the beginning?
Start by focusing on the Food List in your Challenge Workbook (pages 13–14).
We’ll go deeper into nutrition during Week 1 of the Challenge, where you’ll get more guidance on how to structure your meals and build sustainable habits.
If I have a question, where do I go to get it answered?
You can post and comment within the Facebook group at anytime! Just make sure you include the word ‘Coach’ so we get notified.
What supplements should I start with?
