Turmeric Smoothie

Serves 1

10 Minutes

  • 1/4-1/2 cup canned full - fat coconut milk or unsweetened nut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1 scoop Livingood Daily Collagen Protein (vanilla)

 

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smoothie - like consistency Enjoy!
