Turmeric Ginger Coolada

Serves 1

10 Minutes

  • 1 inch piece fresh turmeric peeled (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup canned full - fat coconut milk or unsweetened nut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Blend all ingredients in a high- powered blender until smooth consistency. Can sprinkle nutmeg on top for flavor and looks.
