Turmeric Ginger Coolada

Ingredients:

1 inch piece fresh turmeric peeled (or 1 tsp. dried)

1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled

1 frozen banana

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

1/4 - 1/2 cup canned full-fat coconut milk or unsweetened nut milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract 

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a high- powered blender until smooth consistency. Can sprinkle nutmeg on top for flavor and looks.
