Steamed or Sauteed Veggies

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Carrots
  • Zucchini
  • Green beans
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Snap Peas

 

Chop up all the veggies of your choice from the list and lightly steam until veggies are soft or sautee for 4-5 minutes in 1 tbs of extra virgin olive or avocado oil. Season with salt and pepper.
