Steamed or Sauteed Veggies

Ingredients:

(Desired amount)

Broccoli

Cauliflower

Carrots

Zucchini

Greens Beans

Mushrooms

Onions

Snap Peas

1 tbsp. of coconut oil or avocado oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Chop up all the veggies of your choice from the list and lightly steam until veggies are soft or sauté for 4-5 minutes in 1 tbsp. of coconut oil or avocado oil. Season with salt and pepper.
