Simple No Bake Cookies

Serves: 10-12 Cookies

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. organic butter

2/3 cup organic nut butter

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (Add more or less coconut as needed and/or sprouted whole oats if desired*)

1 tbsp. cocoa powder

1 tbsp. Livingood Daily Collagen Chocolate

Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

Melt the butter on the stove, turn of heat. Stir in nut butter and powders until smooth. Add coconut and mix well. Drop approximately 2" spoonful's on to a parchment paper lined pan. Freeze for 10 minutes. Store in the refrigerator or they will become too sticky.

*If adding sprouted whole oats, Lifestyle Approved.
