Simple No Bake Cookies

Makes 10-12 Cookies

15 minutes

  • 2 tbsp organic butter
  • 2/3 cup organic nut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (Add more or less coconut as needed and/or sprouted whole oats if desired)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Livingood Daily Collagen Chocolate
  • Pinch of sea salt

 

Melt the butter on the stove, turn of heat. Stir in nut butter and powders until smooth. Add coconut and mix well. Drop approximately 2" spoonfuls on to a parchment paper lined pan. Freeze for 10 minutes. Store in the refrigerator or they will become too sticky.
