Original Mama Livingood's Pasta Salad

Challenge Approved 

Serves: 4-6

1 can olives, sliced

1 cup carrots, sliced

1 cup green peppers, diced

1-2 cups broccoli, cut into small bites

1 cup cauliflower, cut into small bites

1 box spiral bean noodle of choice (garbanzo bean, lentil, etc.)

1 jar Italian dressing (no bad oils) 

Directions:

Prepare bean noodles as instructed on the box. Cut all vegetables and put them into a bowl. Once the noodles are tender add to the vegetables. Pour the Italian dressing over top and chill before serving.
