Serves 1 10 Minutes ½ frozen avocado chunks 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 handful spinach 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk 1 tbsp almond butter ½ scoop Livingood Daily Vanilla Collagen Water and/or ice as desired Optional: cinnamon, maca powder Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
