Ingredients:
2 Eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. Coconut Oil
Directions:
Melt coconut oil in a frying pan on medium-low heat. Once melted, add the two eggs. Cook until the eggs are cooked on one side, approximately 3-4 minutes. Flip the eggs gently with a spatula and cook another 2-3 minutes depending on how you like your eggs. Salt, pepper, chives on top and enjoy! Add some avocado on the side for some good fats! Vegetarian Plan Tip: Approved for vegetarians that eat eggs and/or dairy.
