Fat Burning Drink

Serves: 1

Time: 5 minutes (+ infusing time 4-6 hours)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 lemon

Directions: 

Put all ingredients in 32 oz of water and infuse
4-6 hours or overnight. Strain out the ingredients
and drink the infused water.
