Chewy Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients:

1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed well

4 Tbsp. cocoa powder

1/2 cup organic quick oats, organic flax meal, or paleo flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1/3 cup pure maple syrup or raw honey

2 Tbsp. coconut sugar

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a food processor or use a hand mixer and mix until completely smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. Using coconut oil, lightly grease the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish. Pour the batter into the baking dish and sprinkle with more chocolate chips, if desired, for appearance. Bake at 350°F for approximately 15-20 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
