Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Bars

Makes 16 Bars

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Swerve sweetener
  • 1/4 cup Swerve brown
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup stevia sweetened butterscotch chips

 

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat until slightly brown, approximately 4-5 minutes. Remove and cool. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, Swerve sweeteners, baking powder, and sea salt. Stir in the egg, butter, and vanilla extract until well mixed. Stir in both flavors of chips. Press the batter into a coconut oil or outter greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 325° F for 15-20 minutes Or until just golden brown.
