Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

2 cups almond flour

1/2 cup Swerve sweetener

1/4 cup Swerve brown

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips

1/2 cup stevia sweetened butterscotch chips

Directions:

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat until slightly brown, approximately 4-5 minutes. Remove and cool. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, Swerve sweeteners, baking powder, and sea salt. Stir in the egg, butter, and vanilla extract until well mixed. Stir in both flavors of chips. Press the batter into a coconut oil or butter greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes, or until just golden brown.
