Apple Pie Smoothie

  • ¾ cup granny smith apples, in a blender or processor until apple - sauce like (ideally made and frozen for a cold smoothie)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop Livingood Daily Vanilla Collagen
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice (or 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg. ½ tsp allspice)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

 

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined. Add ice if you want it colder and do not use frozen "apple sauce
