Livingood Approved Masterclass and Book Preorder Terms and Disclosures
The Livingood Approved Masterclass and the Livingood Approved Book preorder are voluntary programs offered by Livingood Daily. By registering for the masterclass or placing a preorder for the Livingood Approved Book, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Masterclass Registration
The Livingood Approved Masterclass is a free online educational event scheduled for January 21 through January 23, 2026. Registration is open from December 12, 2025 through January 20, 2026. All sessions will be streamed live on YouTube. Registrants will receive access to replays once the live event has concluded.
Free access to Challenge Crew 76 on January 5, 2026 is included with registration.

Digital Registration Bonuses
Registrants will receive digital bonus items after completing registration and after accepting or declining the optional preorder offer. All registration bonuses are digital, and no physical items are associated with registration. Bonus items will be shown on the final registration confirmation page and delivered to the email address submitted during registration. These bonus items are available only to individuals who complete registration.
Book Preorder Offer
After completing registration, participants may choose to preorder the new Livingood Approved Book. The book is offered at no charge and the customer pays 8.95 for shipping. This is the first printing of a two in one book that includes the method for avoiding C R A P and a complete cookbook with more than one hundred recipes.
The printed book will begin shipping on January 21, 2026. Delivery within the continental United States typically requires 5 to 8 business days, but timelines may vary based on carrier conditions.
Free Book Limitations
Each preorder transaction is eligible for one free Livingood Approved Book per order. Additional free books cannot be added, combined, or redeemed within the same order. Customers who wish to receive more than one book must place separate qualifying preorders.
Subscription Exclusion
The free Livingood Approved Book cannot be added to, substituted within, shipped through, or fulfilled as part of any existing Livingood Daily subscription. All preorder books are processed and shipped separately from subscription based products.
Preorder Bonus Items
Customers who preorder the Livingood Approved Book will receive the following five bonus items at no cost:
- Entry to Win a Virtual One-to-One Session with Dr Livingood: One individual will be selected on January 23, 2026 and notified by phone.
- High Resolution Masterclass Recording: Delivered via email on January 23, 2026 after the live masterclass ends.
- Guaranteed First Printing of the Book: Printed copy ships beginning January 21, 2026 with a 5 to 8 business day delivery window.
- Audio Version of Livingood Approved: Delivered via email on January 23, 2026 after the three-day masterclass is complete.
- Mystery Gift New Livingood Daily Tool: A digital tool designed to support the Livingood Daily lifestyle. This experience will be available starting on January 21, 2026.
Preorder bonuses are digital unless otherwise noted. Customers pay only the $8.95 shipping charge for the printed book.
Bonus Delivery Timing
Bonus items do not appear inside the shopping cart or checkout confirmation page. Digital items will be delivered to the email address used during registration or preorder. Physical items, including the printed book, ship beginning January 21, 2026. Delivery time frames may vary.
