As a customer of Livingood Daily, our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy, please let us know. We will always do our best to help!
30-Day Returns:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (from the date of delivery). If the item is unopened and in the same condition that you received it, we are happy to offer you a complete refund in the amount the item was purchased for. Once our warehouse has received the item, the refund will automatically be refunded back on the card used to purchase. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks. Â
Opened Items:
If the item has been opened, falls within the 30 days (from the delivery date) and you are not completely satisfied with it, we are happy to offer you a store credit in the amount the item was purchased for.
Outside of 30-Days:
If the item is outside of the 30-day money back guarantee, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Where to Send a Return:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, instead please send the item to the address below. We do encourage you to ship your item using a tracking shipping service. Â

- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after deliveryÂ

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- We will need to know your order number.
- All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
- Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
- Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Livingood Daily reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We do our best and even with our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service (Only in these cases the shipping cost will be refunded).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you need a refund, please send us a message at support.drlivingood.com, with your order number.Â
