Turmeric Tea

Ingredients:

2-3 small slices of fresh turmeric root 

2-3 small slices of fresh ginger root

2-3 slices of lemon

1 tsp. coconut oil

1 tsp. raw local honey

1 tiny pinch of black pepper

Directions:

In a small saucepan, put approximately 2 cups of water + all ingredients in and bring to a boil. Let steep with the lid on for approximately 5 minutes. Strain the tea into your cup to remove any floating pieces.
