Ingredients:
Homemade crust:
1 1/4 cups almond flour
1/4 cup ground flax meal
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tbsp. olive oil
Optional toppings: Taco meat, black beans, cheese, salsa, jalapeños, onions, lettuce.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until it forms a ball. Roll the dough into a 1/4 inch pizza crust on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Can use oil or butter on hands to make dough less sticky as you press it out. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.
