Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes
5 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)
2 tbsp. organic Grade A/B maple syrup
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Steam or boil peeled and cubed sweet potatoes until softened. Put all ingredients in a high-powered blender, or whip with hand mixer. Blend or whip until smooth. Add more sweetness or spice, to your taste!
