Ingredients:

1 bag stevia-sweetened chocolate chips

1/3 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

2 tbsp. coconut oil

1 tbsp. organic butter, melted

1/4 tsp. sea salt

1/2 cup raw almonds

1/2 cup raw pecans (or any nut/seed)

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

Directions:

Spread out the pecans and almonds on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Drizzle melted butter and sea salt on top of the nuts and toss to coat them. Bake at 300°F for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small pot, slowly melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips on the stove, stirring constantly to avoid burning. Add in the nut butter and stir until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a parchment paper lined baking pan. Sprinkle the pecans and almonds on top, evenly and put in the refrigerator to allow to set and chill. Remove from the refrigerator once set and break bark into bites. *Or, make your own using 70%+ dark chocolate, coconut oil, butter, stevia or Swerve, pure vanilla extract and melt slowly!
