Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients: 

2 heads of broccoli 

1 tbsp. avocado oil

Salt and pepper, to taste 

Garlic powder, to taste, (optional)

Organic parmesan cheese, to taste (optional)

Directions:

Toss the broccoli florets with avocado oil and seasoning. Spread them out and roast on 425 degrees F until the edges are crispy and the stems are tender. Approximately 30 minutes. Broil the broccoli at the end for a crispier texture. Can also top with parmesan cheese when done cooking.
