Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

10 Minutes

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup canned full- fat coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop Livingood Daily Collagen Protein Vanilla (optional)
  • Optional Toppings: coconut flakes & fresh fruit (banana, mango, pineapple, etc, chia seeds
  • Ice, optional for thicker consistency

 

Put all smoothie bowl ingredients into a high- powered blender and blend until thick smoothie-like consistency. For an even thicker consistency add more frozen fruit or ice. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately.
