Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen mango

1 cup frozen pineapple

1/4 - 1/2 cup canned full-fat coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk

1/2 scoop Livingood Daily Collagen + Multi Vanilla (optional)

Ice, optional for a thicker consistency

Optional Toppings: coconut flakes & fresh fruit (banana, mango, pineapple, chia seeds, etc.)

Directions:

Put all smoothie bowl ingredients into a high- powered blender and blend until thick smoothie-like consistency. For an even thicker consistency, add more frozen fruit or ice. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately!
