Lemon Balm Tea

Total Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon balm leaves or 2 Tbsp dried leaves
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions: 

Bring water to a boil. Fill a tea infuser with the lemon balm leaves and steep them in hot water for one minute or more if you want the tea stronger. Sweeten with honey and a splash of fresh lemon juice. Enjoy!
