Lemon Balm Tea

Ingredients:

1 cup water

1/3 cup fresh lemon balm leaved or 2 Tbsp. dried leaves

2 tsp. raw honey

1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

Bring water to a boil. Fill a tea infuser with the lemon balm leaves and steep them in hot water for one minute or more if you want the tea stronger. Sweeten with honey and a splash of fresh lemon juice. Enjoy!
