Healthy Trail Mix

Makes 6 Cups

3 cups of raw nuts of choice (almond, cashew, brazil, walnut, pecan, pistachios, hazelnut)

1 cup of seed of choice (pumpkin, sunflower)

1 cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 cup goji berries

1 cup dried fruit (if not on a no sugar plan) (raisins, cranberries, unsweetened bananas, unsweetened mangoes, apricots, apples)

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl or baggie and have on hand for go-to snacks.
