Green Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Serves 1

10 Minutes

  • 1-2 cups of fresh spinach or 1/2 scoop or Livingood Daily Greens (Original or Berry)
  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • Handful Mango chunks (optional)
  • Ice cubes (for desired consistency)
  • 1 scoop Livingood Daily Collagen Protein Vanilla

 

Put all ingredients into a high- powered blender and blend until desired consistency (add ice for desired consistency).
