Fried Egg & Berries

Serves 1

  • 2 eggs
  • Sea salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries

 

Melt coconut oil in a frying pan on medium-low heat. Once melted, crack two eggs in and cook until they are cooked on one side, approximately 3-4 minutes. Flip the eggs gently with a spatula and cook another 2-3 minutes depending on how you like your eggs. Add salt and pepper on top. Serve with cup mixed berries and enjoy!
