Serves 4 15 Minutes 1 10 oz container of grape tomatoes (halved or quarters) 4 ounces of fresh mozzarella cheese (cubed) 1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (sliced) 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (to taste) 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (to taste) sea salt (to taste) In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired on top. Enjoy!
