Fresh Caprese Salad

Serves: 4 

Ingredients:

1 10 oz. container of grape tomatoes (halved or quarters)

4 oz. of fresh mozzarella cheese (cubed)

1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (sliced)

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (to taste)

2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar (to taste)

Sea salt (to taste)

Directions:

In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired on top. Enjoy!
