Fat Burning Smoothie

Serves: 1 

Time: 10 Minutes 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup frozen berries of choice
  • Small handful of spinach (you can't taste it!)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (or nut milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop Livingood Daily Collagen Vanilla
  • Add water and ice for desired consistency

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smoothie-like consistency. Add more nut milk and or water or ice as needed depending on your desired consistency.
