Ingredients:
6 tbsp. Organic cottage cheese
3 tbsp. Organic flax oil
3 tbsp. Organic flax seeds (ground up into meal)*
Optional Toppings: 1 tbsp. Psyllium husk, 2 tbsp. Almond butter, 1 tbsp. Coconut manna or coconut butter, 1/2 C Berries of choice, 1/2 scoop of Livingood Daily Collagen + Multi (Vanilla)
Directions:
Combine cottage cheese and oil in a bowl and use a hand mixer to blend until smooth. Stir in flax meal. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
