Collagen Protein Banana Smoothie

Serves 1

10 Minutes

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup canned full -fat coconut milk or nut milk
  • 1/2 -1 scoop Livingood Daily Collagen Protein Vanilla
  • Add water and ice for consistency

Put all ingredients into a high- powered blender and blend until desired consistency (add ice for desired consistency).
