Coffee Coconut Berry Smoothie

Serves 1

15 Minutes

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup frozen raspberries/ blueberries/blackberries
½ tablespoon granulated stevia or monk fruit
2 tablespoons sugar-free cashew butter
1/2-1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)

Place all the ingredients into a blender and then blend until smooth. Add more or less milk, water and ice to get the desired consistency.
