Ingredients:
8 slices corned beef lunch meat
4 tbsp. organic cream cheese
4 dill pickles
Directions:
Lay corned beef out in stacks of two. Spread 1 tbsp. of organic cream cheese (nowadays we have healthier options!) onto each stack. Place a pickle directly in the center of each. Roll corned beef around the pickles and cut each roll into four equal parts.
