Chicken & Cauliflower Casserole

2 chicken breasts, cooked

1 head cauliflower, cut into small chunks

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tbsp. paprika

1 tbsp. garlic powder

3 tbsp. hot pepper sauce (watch ingredients for no sugar)

Sea salt and pepper (to taste)

1/3 package turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

1 package organic shredded cheddar cheese

2 green onions (optional) 

Directions: 

Mix the olive oil, seasonings, and hot sauce together in a bowl. Add cauliflower and chicken and cover everything in the mixture. In a 8x8 baking dish, bake on 425 degrees F for approximately 45 minutes. Top with cheese and bacon and continue to bake until the cheese is melted. Can top with green onion before eating if preferred.
