Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
2 cups broccoli, chunked
4 tbsp. butter, divided
Sea salt, pepper to taste
3 garlic cloves, minced (or use garlic powder)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 cup organic heavy whipping cream
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
In a pan, melt 2 tbsp. butter over medium high heat. Add the chicken, garlic, seasoning to the pan and cook until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan for a few minutes. Add the cream, lemon, parmesan, and remaining butter to the pan and simmer for a minute. Add broccoli to the pan and steam for a few minutes until slightly tender. Add the chicken back in and coat with the sauce. Serve with added parmesan, if desired.
