Servings: 12 Brownies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder (or try Livingood Daily Collagen Chocolate)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips*, melted
1/2 cup organic butter (1 stick), melted * can melt the butter and chocolate chips together over low heat on the stove
1/2 tsp. sea salt
3/4 cup powdered Swerve (confectioners)
Directions:
In a bowl, beat the melted butter, chocolate, and eggs for 1-2 minutes until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix together. In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, baking powder, and powdered Swerve. Pour the chocolate mixture into the dry mixture and mix until it is a batter. Pour the batter into a butter greased (and/or parchment paper lined) 8x8 pan. Bake at 350°F for approximately 15-20 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting into and enjoying these!
