Chamomile Turmeric Tea

Ingredients:

2 cups water

2 Tbsp. dried chamomile in a tea bag or two organic chamomile tea sachets

1-3 tsp. coconut oil

11/2 cups almond milk or coconut milk

1/2 tsp. ground turmeric

1/4 tsp. ground ginger

1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 Tbsp. raw honey

A pinch of black pepper (optional)

Directions: 

Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan. Turn off heat, then add chamomile and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Discard the chamomile. Stir in remaining ingredients. Taste and add more honey, oil, or spices if you prefer. Reheat on low if needed. Enjoy!
