Chamomile Turmeric Tea

Total Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp dried chamomile in a tea bag or two organic chamomile tea sachets
  • 1-3 tsp coconut oil
  • 11/2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • A pinch of black pepper (optional)

Directions: 

Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan. Turn off heat, then add chamomile and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Discard the chamomile. Stir in remaining ingredients. Taste and add more honey, oil, or spices if you prefer. Reheat on low if needed. Enjoy!
