Chamomile Tea Latte

Serves: 1

Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I like almond milk or coconut milk)
  • 2 chamomile tea bags
  • 1 scoop Livingood Daily Collagen Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp raw local honey
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions: 

In a small saucepan, bring the water to a simmer. Pour the water in your cup and add the two tea bags to steep for 10 minutes. Warm the milk- while warming, use a hand frother to "whisk" until frothy (can also add the warmed milk to a blender and blend until frothy). Remove the tea bags. Add the collagen and honey and mix well. Add in the milk and top it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
