Chamomile Tea Latte

Ingredients:

1 cup water 

1 cup milk of choice (I like almond milk or coconut milk)

2 chamomile tea bags

1 scoop Livingood Daily Collagen + Multivitamin Vanilla 

1 Tbsp. raw honey

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions: 

In a small saucepan, bring the water to a simmer. Pour the water in your cup and add the two tea bags to steep for 10 minutes. Warm the milk- while warming, use a hand frother to "whisk" until frothy (can also add the warmed milk to a blender and blend until frothy). Remove the tea bags. Add the collagen and honey and mix well. Add in the milk and top it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
