Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups coconut flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. powdered stevia or granulated Swerve powder
5 tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp. pure vanilla
3 eggs
4 oz. stevia-sweetened chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Add in the melted butter, vanilla, almond milk, and eggs. Pour in the melted chocolate and stir until combined. Spoon out cookie dough and form the size of cookie you prefer. Place them on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and gently flatten them a little. Bake at 350°F for approximately 12 minutes.
