Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. bacon (or turkey bacon), cut into small pieces
1 cup onion, diced
1 can organic baked beans
1 can organic butter beans (or organic navy beans)
1 can organic kidney beans
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, to taste
1/2 cup Challenge Approved ketchup
1/2 cup Challenge Approved brown sugar
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
Directions:
In a frying pan, brown the hamburger and onion. Add the bacon until cooked. In a bowl, mix together the beans and the sauce ingredients until mixed well. Add in the hamburger mix and stir well. Put mix into a baking dish and cook 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
