Almond Clusters

Makes 15 Clusters

10 Minutes + Chill Time

  • 8-12 oz of any chocolate sweetened with stevia
  • 2 tbsp butter (or coconut oil)
  • 2 cups almonds
  • Sea salt, to taste

 

Melt the chocolate and butter on the stove using low heat, stirring constantly. Once fully melted, toss the almonds with the chocolate until they are completely coated. Scoop the almond mixture out a tablespoon at time onto a parchment lined pan. Sprinkle the top of the clusters with the sea salt. Place in the refrigerator to cool. Best if kept in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
