Livingood Daily Supplement and Product Returns

As a customer of Livingood Daily, our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy, please let us know. We will always do our best to help!


PROMOTIONAL Livingood Daily Book Returns
If you received the FREE Livingood Daily Book and paid the promotional shipping and handling price, this cost is non-refundable. Storewide, shipping and handling costs are not eligible for a refund.

 

PROMOTIONAL Make Food Simple Book Returns
If you received the FREE Make Food Simple Book and paid the promotional shipping and handling price, this cost is non-refundable. Storewide, shipping and handling costs are not eligible for a refund.

 

60-Day Returns:

  • We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee (from the date of delivery). If the item is unopened and falls within the 60-day satisfaction guarantee, we are happy to offer you a complete refund upon return in the amount the item was purchased for (excluding shipping & handling) back to the original card used for purchase.
  • Once our warehouse has received the item, the refund will automatically be refunded back to the card used to purchase. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks.
  • If the item has been opened and falls within the 60-day satisfaction guarantee, and you are not completely satisfied with it, we are happy to offer you a store credit in the amount the item was purchased for (excluding shipping). Please contact us at support.livingooddaily.com for assistance.

 

Outside of 60-Days:
If the item is outside of the 60-day satisfaction guarantee, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Opened Items:
If the item has been opened, falls within 60 days (from the delivery date) and you are not completely satisfied with it, we are happy to offer you a store credit for the amount the item was purchased for.  There is no need to return opened items.

Items not eligible for refund:

  • Shipping & Handling cost
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items purchased with reward points

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • We will need to know your order number. Please include your original packing slip (if available) or you can simply write the order number on your package.
  • Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
  • Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Livingood Daily reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. 

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best and even with our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service (Only in these cases the shipping cost will be refunded).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you need a refund, please send us a message at support.livingooddaily.com with your order number. 


PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your refund request has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method.  Please allow up to 2 weeks to see refunds posted back to some accounts.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS 

The subscriptions will be available and activated once payment has been made. Access to the subscriptions is immediate. If you have problems accessing the functionalities, features, and content available in the subscriptions, please contact us through the contact information or our contact page. 

 

DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO RENEWALS 

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew regularly corresponding to the term of your subscription at the time of purchase unless and until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your Livingood Daily Store Account and following the instructions on your account page.

You must cancel your subscription before 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on the day before your next recurring billing date to avoid being charged. We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee for any digital subscriptions from the original date of purchase.  For any subsequent subscriptions that run based on auto-renewal, payments are nonrefundable and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.
