Within 3 Months My Blood Pressure and Glucose Are Normal!
Hi all! This is my 4th Crew, I came on board because I'm 65 yrs old, I have fibromyalgia plus low thyroid and for the first time in my life my sugar numbers and blood pressure were starting to get high enough that the doctor wanted me to take meds but I refused. I want to encourage everyone to listen to DLG and change your lifestyle! Within 3 crews my blood sugar is normal, my blood pressure is normal, I'm slowly getting off of thyroid and my fibro pain is almost gone. My eating habits are now changed for life because I know if I go back to the habits I had it will destroy my health.
