We Benefit So Much From This Lifestyle In Supporting Each Other!
Ok, I need my peeps today for prayer & encouragement. I've gotten healthy and my life back on this lifestyle. I shared my story along with pics for the first time at the beginning of our crew. Goal this crew is to strengthen my heart with exercise after years of inactivity. I'm off of metoprolol even though I have sinus tachycardia and I'm so glad. However, it's a struggle each day because when I do barely do anything my heart rate skyrockets and I feel terrible. I'm trying to be consistent doing 10 min daily on recumbent bike per my cardiologist. He said to follow up in 4 months after gradually increasing movement each month. Then we'll check resting heart rate and heart rate variability. We do expect improvement. I'm also off of anti- anxiety and antidepressants I've been on for many years now, so
it takes time for me to adjust my emotions as well... I'm staying the course and I know God will be with me to help me stay off of beta blockers and their side effects. This shows you that we benefit so much from this DL lifestyle in supporting each other, no matter what the individual struggles are! Thank you in advance - you are the BEST!
